Jessie is such a pleasant and fantastic person, her customer service skills is so amazing. Excellent and well done. She is so patient in explaining the plan to me. It was worth the wait for 45 mins. I’m very luckily today! And that’s all thanks for Jessie.

My sis and I were attended to by staff Ms Jessie on Friday night of Dec 1st 2023 not long before the outlet's closing time. Ms Jessie was very helpful and thorough with our queries throughout and made the effort to write down on paper pointers we needed to take note of upon cancelling our existing WiFi after the new one has been set up. Very appreciative of her attentiveness and may she always remain as smiley! Not forgetting the two lads at the front counter who gave us our queue number, they were both really nice and friendly as well.

M1 TM 1 The staff Evan Sing was more than helpful. I had an issue with my SIM card cannot access Internet using my own data which was major bc my job depends on it. He fixed the issue promptly like a pro. Thank you!

Went down to M1 as I had problems viewing my bills on the apps and was attended by Mr Shafiq. I was impressed by his patience as he assisted us to rectify our issues promptly. He went the extra miles to explain and guided us on the usage of the apps. Thumbs up for providing good customer service.

Mr Murugan was very patient, well-informed and attentive to my queries and questions when setting up a mobile plan. Even though it was just a 10-15 minute consult, it went super smoothly and he was helpful every step of the way. Keep it up sir!
